作为保安在工作中如何发现问题?

(一)要在薄弱环节中找问题。薄弱环节是保安工作中最容易出事故的环节,也是问题最多、矛盾最多的环节,对此保安经理们要心中有数。比如,保安市场开拓、服务质量的问题,物防设施硬件老化、保安人员流失的问题,员工安全意识问题、竞争对手方面的问题,眼睛要盯紧点。
